Orders on line

If the item ordered is in stock, or (if bespoke) when it is made, once payment has been processed, we will pack and ship orders received by 12 noon on the next working day.

Please note that all the jewellery is handmade and the majority of pieces are unique, so if you see an item you like place your order early to avoid any disappointment.

If a piece is hand-made to order, please ask the making time  so that you have a clearer idea of when you can expect it.

If you need a piece by a specific date, please add a note to your order, and everything will be done to get it to you by that date if feasible.

Your order will require a signature on receipt.

You will be notified the same day when your jewellery has been sent out.

 

Payment

We process all our payments through PayPal.

All transactions are taken in Pounds Sterling (£).

Delivery within Europe – Royal Mail International Signed For – £10
Delivery for the rest of the world – Royal Mail International Signed For – £14

Packaging

Every item will be packed safely to ensure optimum protection.

Our jewels are always delivered in gift packages.

If your purchase is a gift, you can ask us to include a gift card with a personal message from you.

 

Terms of Returns

We only accept returns if the item you received is faulty, or is not what you originally ordered.  Please contact us by email to francescamarcenaro@me.com quoting the following:

  • your original order number
  • your name and address
  • details of the product you are returning and the reason for return

If you require an exchange/replacement, you will be advised on how to process the return. All products to be returned must be carefully re-packaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition.

Goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse can not be returned. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Please note, the returned product is your responsibility until it reaches us.

For your own protection, it is recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If the item you received was sent in error, or is faulty, providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt, your original postage costs will  be refunded.

 

We do not refund payments.

When ordering rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. A ring ordered in the incorrect size can be re-sized, but this will be subject to a charge.

Late and lost deliveries

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us by e-mail to francescamarcenaro@me.com and we will chase it for you. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

International delivery –

When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Unfortunately that means delivery problems are more likely. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered. 

This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit, but will do our best to resolve this problem.
