Timeframe
Each piece is created to order and completed within 6–12 weeks, depending on design complexity and the sourcing of materials.
The process
Private consultation
A complimentary private consultation (by appointment).
A dedicated one-to-one exchange to define your vision, explore materials, and establish a direction that is entirely personal.
Design retainer
A £500 design retainer is required to begin.
This secures your commission and initiates the development of bespoke concepts and material sourcing.
The retainer is non-refundable and deducted from the final price.
Design development
A curated selection of designs is developed exclusively for you.
Refinement is part of the process — ensuring proportion, detail, and intent are fully resolved before making begins.
Once approved, all elements are finalised.
Production
A 50% deposit confirms the commission and allows production to begin.
Each piece is crafted with precision, using carefully selected materials and traditional techniques.
At this stage, the order is confirmed and cannot be altered.
