Please note that every piece is made at the time of order, then allow a maximum of six weeks for delivery.We will send you an email with the unique tracking number once the item has been dispatched. If your order is urgent, please send us a note and we will confirm the earliest delivery possible.

Deliveries to UK cost  Post Office “Special Delivery”  (UK only) £10

European Delivery

“Royal Mail Signed For” or “Royal Mail Airsure”  (EU) £12

International Delivery

“Royal Mail Signed For” or “Royal Mail Airsure”  (International) £15.00

Courier Services on request (Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL)

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully gift wrapped, packaged in a bubble envelop.

We will always try and help you as much as possible, so please if you have special requests or any queries, please contact us by email and we will be delighted to help.

RETURNS

Please note that we don’t have any stock: every piece is made following your order. For this reason we don’t do returns.However, we change faulty items that will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer already damaged. We are only able to exchange a faulty item for the same item. To return a faulty piece it must have the security label attached, must not have been worn and in the original condition and packaging.You must also email us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
