A brooch where material and lineage converge, bringing into dialogue the Etruscan tradition of gold granulation and the distinctive legacy of British Whitby Jet.
Shaped in recycled 18ct gold, the form unfolds with a controlled, sinuous movement, its surface articulated through fine granulation and lapidary precision. At its centre, a hand-carved Whitby Jet introduces a dense, matte presence, set in quiet contrast to the soft luminosity of gold.
The piece holds a balanced tension between cultures, materials, and time—where heritage is not quoted, but reconfigured into a composed, contemporary form.
