The Double Leaf Necklace develops the language of LEAVES across the body. Two curved leaf forms extend in different directions, creating an asymmetrical composition that follows the neckline and changes subtly with the wearer.
Within the gilded silver contours, Glass Granulation forms tactile surfaces that gather and release light. White pearls act as luminous points, while marcasite introduces darker mineral accents.
The piece connects the geological origins of Volcanic Treasure with a new organic expression of Material in Motion.

TECHNIQUE
Glass Granulation is a technique developed and carried out personally by Francesca Marcenaro in her studio. Small rounded glass granules are positioned to metal by hand, creating surfaces whose reflections change with light and movement.
