The Long Leaf Pendant suspends a 7.5 cm curved leaf against the body. Its narrow profile bends gently through space, so the form shifts between line, surface and shadow as the wearer moves.
Glass Granulation activates the interior with changing reflections. A white pearl forms a luminous point, while marcasite introduces a darker mineral contrast.
The pendant carries the volcanic origins of the wider collection into a slender organic form shaped by Material in Motion.

TECHNIQUE
Glass Granulation is a technique developed and carried out personally by Francesca Marcenaro in her studio. Small rounded glass granules are positioned to metal by hand, creating surfaces whose reflections change with light and movement.
