*Volcanic Treasure B&W cuff with diamonds

The Volcanic Treasure B&W Cuff transforms the meeting of black and white into a shifting material landscape. Across its broad silver form, dense fields of glass granules with marcasite gather, fragment and gradually disperse towards the exposed satin-finished metal.
Diamonds are set within the dark granular surface rather than presented as conventional focal points. Their precise flashes of light contrast with the softer, irregular sparkle of the glass, adding depth and movement to the composition.
The surface is created using Glass Granulation, Francesca Marcenaro’s signature technique, developed through her exploration of traditional granulation and enamelling. Glass granules are used to build a tactile, organically changing surface in which colour, texture and structure become inseparable.
Conceived as a bold piece of wearable sculpture, the cuff reflects Francesca’s continuing investigation into volcanic forms, material transformation and unconventional expressions of preciousness.
