FEES

Full Payment of the course fees must be received prior to the commencement of the course. Your place on the course is guaranteed when full payment is received.

PAYMENT

The fees shall be paid online via Francesca Marcenaro website or via bank transfer, in that case, once payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you have to cancel a workshop, you’ll receive a full refund when you give at least 4 weeks notice, otherwise you can reschedule another workshop with at least 2 weeks notice.

You can at anytime transfer your place to a friend. 

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop at short notice. In that case a full refund will be given.

We will not be liable for any losses (including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any cancellation or modification as set out above beyond the cost of the course fee.
